About Timothy Frazier

Timothy Frazier is a professional canine behaviorist, trainer, and author in Grapevine, Texas.

Early Life

Frazier was born in in Fort Worth, Texas in 1965 to Theodore Lawrence Frazier and Mildred Doris Frazier. He grew up in Greenville, Texas with two brothers and one sister.

Career

Frazier got an early start in dog training when his father started a side business breeding and selling AKC registered German Shepherd Dogs. After graduating from Greenville High School and a year of college at Texas A&M University Commerce, Frazier joined the Greenville Police Department. Less than a year after graduating from Texoma Regional Police Academy, he was selected to be Greenville’s K9 officer. He and his canine partner Bo attended and graduated from Adlerhorst International, Inc. police K9 academy in Riverside, California with expertise in criminal apprehension, search and rescue, and narcotics detection. During those years he started a side business training dogs in obedience and remediation of behavioral issues.

nager, solutions architect, and executive program manager in companies including Zale Delaware Corporation, Affiliated Computer Services (Xerox Services), and CompuCom over a span of 22 years. He continued to train dogs during those decades in his spare time.

He eventually determined that training dogs and working with their owners was his true calling and resigned from a lucrative information technology career to start his full time dog training and rehabilitation business, Grapevine K9, LLC..

Books

In 2021 he published his first book, “Loose Screws & Rescues, a life enriched by man’s best friend”, which is currently distributed to over 20,000 retailers worldwide including Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Walmart, and Google Books. He sells his book at a discount on his own ecommerce site as well.

As of May 2021 Frazier has two more books in progress and plans to publish a dog training book, “Dog Craft, the art of human canine harmony” in July of 2021.

Personal Life

Frazier has two adult children and two grandchildren. He lives in Grapevine, Texas with his wife, Robin, and his four dogs:
